Processing your order
Each order is processed, designed, cut, carefully packaged & then shipped via Australia Post.The Confetti Gift Co. currently only ships within Australia for the time being.
Processing Times
All Cake Toppers and Personalised Cheeseboards (custom and non custom) are shipped 1-3 business days from your order.
Larger Items such as Signage, Wishing Wells & Place Cards, etc. is 1-2 Weeks from artwork being approved.
Urgent Jobs - If your order is urgent please let us know so we can discuss what options are possible.
Delivery
Once processed, we will dispatch your order via Sendle. Shortly after your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided via email.
Please Note: Entering the correct shipping address is your responsibility, please ensure to check the shipping address in your confirmation order email received shortly after ordering. If there is an error please contact us at hello@theconfettigiftco.com.au immediately to have the address changed. Once your order has been shipped, unfortunately there is nothing we can do. If your order is sent back to us, you will need to pay to have it re-posted.

Standard Shipping - Regular Parcel Post via Sendle
This shipping method usually takes 3-7 days to arrive once your goods have been collected from our studio.
If you require your order to arrive sooner, we recommend you select Express Shipping.
Free Shipping - Regular Parcel Post via Sendle - For orders over $100.00
Express Shipping via Australia Post.
Express post shipping usually takes around 1-2 business days to arrive once your order leaves our workshop. If you need your order sooner, we would recommend selecting this option at checkout.
